New Deal 25+

Could someone please explain the method and the overall conclusion of something that in my experience has a less than four percent successs rate. Yes I am talking about the governments new deal policy. It seems to me that this is just a way of passing people through the system from job Centre Plus to the relevant new deal office. My new deal option is based in Guildford, which apparently is to be a testing ground for different approaches within this governments remit for gettting people back to work.I have been involved with this scheme for less than a month and already feel that there are serious flaws in the expectations of this whole approach. I would appreciate any feedback from people that have been involved in this scheme whether successsful or not. I would also like to hear from anyone that has been involved in implementing this scheme in a professional capacity in terms of if they think that this is benifiting both the client and the potential employer.
